Ela Kizhi

Ela Kizhi is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves massaging the body with heated herbal leaves tied in a cloth pouch (potli). These leaves are specially selected for their anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, making it an excellent treatment for joint pain, arthritis, muscle stiffness, and body aches.
The warm herbal poultice is gently pressed and massaged over the body to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, strengthen muscles, and detoxify the body. By balancing Vata and Kapha doshas, Ela Kizhi enhances flexibility, reduces stress, and rejuvenates the body, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.
